Responsibilities

· Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

· Maintain production documentation.

· Assist in developing production budgets and schedules.

· Supervising the implementation of plans and monitoring the efficiency of implementation.

· Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

· Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.

· Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.

· Work on maintenance planning.

· Responsible for implementing any changes to the production plan operations.

· Monitoring waste rates, production scrap, analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste.

· Ability to lead others, responsibility may include indirect supervision of process technicians.

· Directs production line processes and prepares production schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / production.

3-to-5-year experience in production field.

Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.

Have experience in assembly lines.
