Compensation Benefits Section Head
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process using SAP ERP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies aligned with company goals and industry benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
- Manage and optimize salary structures, incentives, and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and provide strategic insights based on compensation analytics.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to enhance payroll and benefits administration.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR technology integration.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, with leadership experience preferred.
–Expertise in SAP ERP payroll modules is a must.
-Strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits programs, tax regulations, and labor laws.
-Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in payroll and benefits.
