Head Of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage project sales (B2B and large-scale installations) and private charger sales.
-Develop and grow home charger sales to meet increasing customer demand.
-Drive and manage advertising sales on chargers, creating new revenue streams through partnerships and sponsorships.
-Build and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
-Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
-Establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships across corporate, government, and retail sectors.
-Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
-Report sales forecasts, performance KPIs, and business insights to senior management.
Requirements:
-Proven sales leadership experience (8+ years), ideally in electrical equipment, –renewable energy, EV charging, or advertising/media sales.
-Strong track record of achieving sales targets across different business lines.
-Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and develop new revenue channels.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
