Operations and Maintenance Manager – EV Charging
Key Responsibilities:
*Project Planning & Execution*
-Manage the installation and commissioning of EV chargers across multiple sites.
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
*Operations & Maintenance*
-Establish and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for chargers.
-Monitor network uptime and ensure quick resolution of faults and service interruptions.
-Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance contracts.
*Team & Contractor Management*
-Prepare and assign *daily schedules for field engineers and technicians*, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
-Lead and supervise field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
-Ensure proper training and adherence to safety and quality standards.
-Conduct regular site inspections to validate work quality and compliance.
*Process & Performance Management*
-Develop and implement operational procedures for installation and service.
-Track KPIs such as installation lead times, charger uptime, and maintenance response times.
-Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
-5–7 years of experience in *operations, field service, or project management* (preferably in electrical systems, renewable energy, or mobility infrastructure).
-Strong knowledge of *LV electrical installations, commissioning, and maintenance practices*.
-Proven experience managing contractors and multi-site projects.
-Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-Familiarity with EV charging systems is a strong plus.
