Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive/Consultant
Job Description:
As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling advertising space on our EV charging screens. You will identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and create tailored advertising solutions that meet their marketing objectives. This role is crucial in expanding our advertising partnerships and maximizing the utilization of our digital screens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for advertising on digital screens.
- Identify potential clients and industries that would benefit from advertising on our digital platforms.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients, providing customized advertising solutions.
- Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for ad sales.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Advertising Solutions Development:
- Work with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored advertising packages that leverage Sha7en’s digital screens.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that the ads meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, client acquisition, and campaign success metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall company goals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the seamless deployment of ads on the screens.
- Client Support & Campaign Management:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including post-sale service and performance analysis.
- Manage ad campaigns, ensuring that they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Contract Negotiation & Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company policies.
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the campaign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling digital advertising solutions.
- Knowledge of the sustainability sector.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
