Job Description
| • Study all the specifications and ensure that the product is complying with the specifications. • Analyzing the RFQs and understand the scope of work based on the project scope. • Coordinate with Sales engineers and customers to ensure specifications are accurate in order to prepare technical and price offer. • Preparing the Technical & commercial offer. • Follow up with the sales office about any questions regarding the previous offers. • Contact with supply chain department to get prices and approvals for some products. • Make compliance statement on the specification and complete submittal up on request. •Reply on Consultant and client comments. • Check the availability of product for each tender. • Make accurate costing with updating BOM for each tender or some important offers. • Make all modifications required modified by customer or on orders after approval. • Make any updating on database prices. –Bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering. –Experience : 0-2 years.
