Job Description:

-Achieve the production plan and prepare requirements related to it.

-Revise the painting processes, required materials, chemicals and line parameters to achieve the required quality targets.

– Revise and improve line capacity to achieve max. productivity.

-Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible.

-Problem-solve (analyse data, determine root causes, develop implementation plans) and resolve issues which are affecting on paint throughput.

-Review with the planning team to develop the production plan.

-Communicate with maintenance team to prevent line breakdown.

-Apply Lean manufacturing and 5S concepts in the production line.

-Support safety of operators and line equipment’s.

Job Requirements:

-BSc. of Science or Chemical Engineering Degree

-With min. 5 years’ experience in the Electrostatic paint unit is necessary (production is a must)

-Preferably has worked in the metal engineering industries field.

-Has an experience in assembly lines (preferable)

-Sadat City or Menoufia Governorate resident

-Very Good in English.

-Very Good using computer.
