Job Description

– Preparing PROJECT SUBMITTALs including typical drawings, compliance statements, Catalogues and short circuit calculations on the basis of the Contract SLD, Specifications, Estimation and the offer submitted.

– Attending FAT and technical clarification meetings with Consultant / Client along with sales.

– Receiving and reply technical inquiries in order to get approvals from Consultant / Client.

– Ensuring obtaining all project needed approvals.

– Identifying consumables and ensuring its continuous improvement by comparing with confirmed BOM.

– Coordinating for creating new finished materials on SAP.

– Aligning production BOM for finished customized materials with approved sales BOM.

– Verifying compatibility of SAP basis created Sales orders with received customer PO.

– Preparing files to be handed over to Logistics / Production for Material and Production Planning.

– Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support

– Generating a comprehensive project sheet including status of projects’ approvals.

– Analyzing SAP exported reports.

Education     : Bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering.

Experience   : 0-2 years.
