Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team , a leading manufacturer of electrical panels and circuit breakers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for sales representative and mass hiring roles

– Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

– Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates

– Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, making job offers, and managing onboarding

– Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company’s growth

– Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts

– Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process

– Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

– 1:3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires

– Extensive knowledge of sales representative and mass hiring best practices

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software

– Familiarity with the electrical/manufacturing industry is preferred
