Sales Engineer
Job Description:
• Develop relationships with engineering consultancies
• Develop relationships with contractors & construction developers
• Engage Prospects in technical sales and engineering aspects of charging solutions
• Site Walks and initial project scoping as needed
• Offer guidance on technical aspects of Sha7en charging solutions
• Interact with design and build partners for project development and deployment
• Technical involvement and timely responses to RFI, RFP, and RFQ’s
• Primary sales focal-point for working with product development, by gathering feedback and project specifications to advise the engineering team
• Build post-sale customer relationships to ensure project and long-term relationship success
• Develop internal tools and processes to scale Sales Engineering, Analysis, and Sales workflows • In-depth Electrical and EVSE system knowledge
• Work with Sha7en Operations team for successful project deployment
• Manage prospects, improve customer relationships
• Provide effective communication and status updates to all internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales Engineering and/or Project Development
• Preferably have experience in EV charging or E-Mobility
• Results-oriented
• Must have a solid understanding of utility, electrical power systems, and commercial interconnection conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and passionate about sales, and working with customers
• Ability to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Strong track record of developing strategic and channel partnership
