Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal production machinery, including:
  Presses
  Shears
  Benders
  Laser Cutting Machines
  Welding Equipment
  Painting Systems
  Injection Molding Machines
  Printing Machines
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills.
• Experience in spare parts management and maintenance budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is preferred.
• Basic CAD knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English.
