Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Manage employee files, contracts (issuance and renewals), and database updates.
- Compliance: Handle Social Insurance forms (1, 2, 6) and coordinate with the Labor Office.
- Medical Insurance: Process Governmental Medical Insurance and Form 111.
- Attendance: Track all types of leaves (annual, sick, official).
- Offboarding: Manage resignations and end-of-service procedures.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 year in Personnel/Administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, MS Office, and filing skills.
- Competencies: High attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork.
