Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Organize and maintain office files and records.
-Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
-Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy work environment.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
-Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.
